Tools & Downloads
Below is a collection of practical tools and resources I regularly use with clients, offered here for free or sourced from materials that are freely available. Some of these have been custom designed to address specific challenges or fill gaps that come up in the work. You’re welcome to explore and use whatever feels relevant to your current situation.
For Career / Work Guidance
This spreadsheet is a simple tool for comparing jobs beyond just salary by factoring in hours, commute time, and how much work affects your time outside of work. It was originally built to help clients think through decisions where the tradeoffs are not obvious on paper. The tax and cost estimates are Canadian-based and fairly rough, but the structure is still useful for comparison. To use it, open the sheet and go to File > Make a copy to create your own version.
For Couples & Relationships
Relationship Check-in &
Boundary Language Builder
This tool is designed to help you communicate clearly when one person needs support and the other may not have the capacity to give it in that moment. Use this tool to collaboratively create a shared vocabulary that helps shape meaning and intention to foster connection.
For Therapists
This is a simple fee and income planning tool for therapists. Enter your standard hourly rate and adjust options like supported fees, pay-it-forward pricing, couples rates, and session length to see how your fee structure affects your weekly, monthly, and annual income. To use it, open the sheet and go to File → Make a copy to create your own version in Google Drive, then customize it for your practice.
